Poll question: Runoff: Best Governor in the United States?
This poll is based on a series of five polls from yesterday, wherein DUers were given a choice among a list of ten governors per poll.

The polls may be found here:
Alabama - Georgia
Hawaii - Maryland
Massachusetts - New Jersey
New Mexico - South Carolina
South Dakota - Wyoming

For this runoff, a governor who received over 50% of the vote in his/her poll advances alone to the runoff. In instances where no governor received over 50%, the top two votegetters advance to the runoff. Happy voting! :hi:

9. the diff is:
Rowland did bad but minro stuff and is being impeached, Martz did things that should send her to prison, but the Republican house and senate do nothing because she's so grandmotherly.

11. Can you fill me in on a few things she's done
I'm not familiar, sorry.

Yeah, Rowland's were minor but he got caught which means what else is he hiding that we don't know about but should?
He's slime. Worse than slime. And he beats his wife.

12. Besides being an outspoken moron
She bought property that Arco sold her at less than 1/3 its appraised value.

And an aide of hers was driving home drunk after a GOP function, the former state house speaker as a passenger. He crashed the car and his passenger died. When police arrived he aparently tried to act as the passenger was driving.

Gov Martz met with him in the hospital and ordered the state patrol out of the room. After the meeting with the governor, he decided that he had amnesia.

And then she let him stay the night in the governor's mansion and she personally washed his bloody clothes.

And she's an idiot.

16. Jennifer Granholm will speak at the convention
I just read that the Kerry campaign was talking to her about it. She'll get prime time exposure and there will be a lot of eyes on her.

Gov. Perry is almost certainly guaranteed a landslide.

17. Kicking this for Vilaseck.
You haven't heard much of him, most likely, but he is a good man. He's held the line in a state that has of late been overrun with Republicans - Iowans have had a string of Repuke Govs, too, so Tom is a breath of fresh air.
