Ever wondered what real Texans think of Dubya? |
|
Well, wonder no more:
While suturing a laceration on the hand of a 70-year-old Texas rancher (whose hand had caught in a gate while working cattle), a doctor and the old man were talking about George W. Bush being in the White House.
The old Texan said, "Well, ya know, Bush is a 'post turtle'."
Not knowing what the old man meant, the doctor asked him what a post turtle was.
The old man said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle."
The old man saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain, "You know he didn't get there by himself, he doesn't belong there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, and you just want to help the poor stupid guy get down from there."

3. Send it to the Kerry site! |

This is too funny. A perfectly apt description of W, Texas-style.

7. That's the GREATEST!!! |
|
I know quite a few REAL Texans who feel the same, or actually hate him more than this fella. Problem is the Pubs have scre*ed around with the voting districts so much, it's almost impossible to get a dem elected any more.
I'll tell you something else though. There are a LOT of proud Texans embarrassed by Shrubs actions...this new abuse in Iraq sure isn't helping either.
Wouldn't it be absolutely WONDERFUL if Shrub LOST Texas!!!!!!!!!!

8. You don't know how happy I'd be if that would happen |
|
I would have the biggest, shit-eating grin the day after the election when greeting all of my fellow workers here in the metroplex. I know it won't happen, but we can always dream.

I'm praying for it.
And so is Natalie and every other REAL Texan. REAL Texans are ashamed that shrubito wants to hale from here.
So all you REAL Texan Dems better get off your butts and get other Texas Dems registered. We can kick this guy out, but we gotta work hard and work together.

..and they just laugh at GW and loath the whole Bush elite clan.
Feel much the same as the above post, defending their State by claiming he's not really a Texan. They don't like him and they don't want their State's name tarnished by his 'kind'. They call GW & family, 'oil field trash', 'a bunch of crooks stealing from good people.'
My daughter's Texas family are just good, hard working, & honest people like most taxpaying citizens. They love their State and their grandkids to death. Bush really has no home. He doesn't seem to 'belong' anywhere. Not even in this country..
