Put on your tinfoilhats, I may have the reason why we've seen the pics |
|
There is only one way to keep the election from happening, declaring martial law over a terrorist attack.
How does Bushco inflame the world in order to insure a new attack?
TORTURE PICTURES! Then the fool stands behind Rumsferatu, throwing gasoline on a raging fire!

15. Nah, they sat on this stuff for over a year |
|
It was only when pictures surfaced on porno sites and CBS News told them they were going to break the story did they start to feign outrage and make sure some quickie charges got filed against the kids running amok in the jail.
They didn't want this crap to get out. It completely destroys the whole touchy-feely scenario for war against Iraq, and they know it.

It certainly has been tossed around here in the last few days. In my mind I have thought about that or they want to get their WWIII on.

3. Bush's supporters have invested too much into his campaign to |
|
see him lose. I wouldn't be surprised if Rove & Co are developing contingency plans to "perpetually postpone" the election this year due to national security threats.

i get a kick out of all the people who seriously worry about the presidential election being xncled or postponed-
it'll just never happen- it's never happened in u.s. history, and the electorate wouldn't stand for it- especially after 2000. even the lil' dictator's staunchest supporters would turn on them if they tried anything like it...
don't worry- the election WILL happen...vote early, and vote often.

Or was that habeous corpus? Anyway.......what makes you think if it is going to be a blow-out which I think it will, and it will not be close enough to jack, that something awful might happen?
They were crazy enough to pull off 9-11, and get away with it I might add.

5. Lots of tinfoil there.... |
|
but I'm reminded of that line from the BBC production of I, Claudius where Claudius and Herod were discussing the rumored birth of Jesus of Nazarus.
Herod: Do you think it's true?
Claudius: It must be. It's too fantastic not to be.

18. I wouldn't say they didn't want the war |

I know I've read, but don't have the reference, that top Military officials say we need a large military action every 10-12 years just to keep the military in practice. Even if its something like Panama or Grenada. I think the military was all for another stretching of their muscle, but didn't put too much thought into the reconstruction mission. That was not their job, that was the top leaders and politicians jobs. They have every right to be upset now, but don't think they weren't chomping at the bit to kick some "a-rab ass".

20. Doesn't make sense to me |
|
they control most of the election apparatus in the country. Most people will cast their ballot using the diebold/sequoia voting machines in November. 95% of democrats are too spineless or too lazy to raise much of a fuss about it. Even the NAACP has remained eerily silent on the issue.
Even with another major terrorist attack, there would be no reason to put a stop to the election. The e-voting machines will ensure a Bush victory regardless.
Hell, I don't give a sh*t anymore. There's nothing anyone can do about it anyway (other than b itch and moan) and 90% of the public doesn't give a sh*t anyway so why even worry about it.
If you can't beat em join em! Woohoo!
