Look here's the deal. I don't want to sound like a jerk but I'm going to be honest. Make sure when you call you're;

1 ) on a good phone. The cell phones w/ bad connections are very irritating for listeners. Or on a speaker phone.

2) call w/ something to contribute. I.e. I think John Kerry will win because... a, b, c, d or Randi you're wrong because a,b,c,d... You shouldn't call and say, "I think Randi's great and I want to tell her". or "did you see an article in the NYT?" Be ready to add something/opinion to that article in the NYT.
