Slip Slidin Away. Down the Slippery Slope.

I hear people talking about degrees of torture. They want to make it okay to have a "little bit of torture".

Where the line gets drawn, well, who knows? It's so sad to see all of America's treasures get wiped away. First they dismantle all of the fourth amendment rights, your sixth amendment rights, your appeal rights, leave you completely defenseless. Then they get you to talk about what types of torture we should be allowed to do.

It took thousands and thousands of years, for us to advance to the point of prohibiting torture. An awful lot of people died, under the most unimaginable tortures.

It's tearing my heart out to see all of our treasures wiped away. And all the while we are convincing ourselves, that we're different from "them".
