5. Levin is right
There would be no change. Same old same old but Wolfewitz is very scary. He doesn't give two hoots. I am more afraid of him. Besides Rummy is so unpopular right now it is bound to transfer to bush.

6. Either way he's a liability to the adminisration.
It's a damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. If he stays, he illustrates the arrogance of the adminstration, and if he resigns, I think they will uncover a real mess at the Pentagon.

16. Yes, a virtual sewer of irresponsibility and unaccountability,
and, sadly, criminality.

7. Lots of war buffs on this site, I guess....
They get off on war....the more grisly it is, the better they like it.

9. I'm a war buff.

Soldier to the core even before I signed up for service. This has nothing to do with that. True soldiers are as upset and ashamed as the rest of the America about this insanity.

14. my problem with the question
Why bother having him resign when he'll be carted out of Washington next January. Just seems like an awful lot of paperwork.

Keep him there to keep showing how very stupid the chimp and his minions are. Every time he opens his mouth, chimpy's numbers go down.

15. In my opinion?
Two reasons. Justice is the most important.

The second is that I am not convienced that Bush is going to lose.

17. Kind of an odd poll for The History Channel, isn't it?
You'd think that they'd ask which shade of eye shadow looked better of J Edgar Hoover or something like that.
