This should be interesting. Lugar is one of the skeptical Republicans, an old-style Conservative. And most definitely not afraid of going up against the Bushies from time to time. Bush has been pissing him off on several fronts, one of which is defunding nuclear clean-up in the ex-Soviet nations.
Thank god it isn't Hatch!
