AshKKKroft invokes 'states secrets privilege' in 9-11 case (Edmonds)
Attorney General John AshKKKroft invoked the "state secrets privilege" on May 13, 2004, to prevent former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds from providing a deposition in a pending lawsuit related to the September 11 attacks. (.pdf)

3. Saying it was incompetence...
...is giving them far too little credit for their extensive efforts to coordinate the largest clusterfuck in history. Incompetence, gross and massive, STILL doesn't explain it away.
