Just wondering about Powell |
|
He hasn't been much of a loyal team player lately. Maybe he has seen the light and is staying on rather than jumping ship so he can sabotage the administration from within.

1. the only light Powell has seen is the one that leads him to his own |

survival after Bush goes down. It is the light of making a killing in consultations, speeches, and perhaps a book, after Bush is uncerimoniously ousted, perhaps by a landslide. Powell recognizes that Bush is toast and is sinking fast.
No way can I muster up much respect for this immoral opportunist.

he is a loyal republican -- and he is most loyal to his own cause. but ultimately bush did nothing that powell doesn't basically agree with. powell is a moral void.
