4. There are plenty of conspiracies
The Bush cabal has conspired to deceive, manipulate and defraud the American public in a number of ways. The problem with calling everything one big conspiracy is that it provides cover for the real conspiracies. Real conspiracies deserve special attention and that will not happen if no distinction is drawn between wrongful acts and chance, incompetence, and mistakes.
