Let's make and spread a new word - Chalabid
Use this word, and it will spread. If it spreads, it becomes part of the language. If it becomes part of the language, it enters people's thoughts.

Word and Pronounciation:

Chalabid (pronounced cha-lah-beed)

Preliminary Definition(s):

Chalabid -

1) To fool, to dupe, do deceive, to trick, to "have," often through treachery or trickery.
2) To proove wrong, to expose as incorrect.
3) To lie, to bluff, to BS.

Usage and Synonyms:

0wn3d - as in, "Dude, you got chalabid!"

Played (like a fiddle) - as in, "We chalabid her like a neocon!"

Disprove - as in, "His reasoning was chalabid by the logician."

To BS - as in, "Don't you chalabi me, young man!"

1. Red Herring
I think that their is more to this story than what is being told. This may be the scapegoat bush is looking for- or maybe they are setting him up as the next leader of Iraq. As you already know- the Iraqi people will not accept any leader that is liked by the USA. The more that CHALABI distances himself from the US- the better chance that he can get a leadership role and be a US puppet at the same time.

I think the Iraqi political consciousness is a bit more advanced than "The Americans hate him! He must be good!"

3. I can think of another good use for Chalabi's name . . .
. . . but Mr. Quisling's name already suffices for that.
