Zinni/Clark. but if it is to be Kerry, Zinni would make a great VP. He not afraid of political agendas. He is the perfect anti-Kerry that Kerry needs on his ticket. But I think that Zinni is even too smart to accept any political position.

I wondered how long the "Zinni for Veep" threads would take! :)

2. Zinni is a self described "Powell, Hagel, Lugar Republican"
I respect him and can see hm in an administration but not on the ticket.

6. Do you have any idea what the military is for?
Here's a news flash , it's all about killing. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. It's one big murderous machine whose only purpose is to take the lives of others. You can be sure that anyone who has made a career of the military doesn't mind killing.

..."doesn't mind killing?" How sad. How naive. How amazingly facile and condescending. I'm embarrassed for you. Really.

5. We don't need any military men in the oval office.
It's a CIVILIAN position. I can't understand why anyone would want to risk turning over our government to career military people. No thanks.
If there;s a general on the ticket, I go third party.

8. Then you vote for Bush. Simple math.
Third party = vote for Bush. Figure it out. I hope your "statement" doesn't saddle us with four more years of this man and his dangerous cronies.

Christ, I'm so fucking sick of this mentality. It's so fucking selfish. This election is different. You're not voting for dogcatcher.

By the way, would you accept a colonel, or does your attitude only apply to generals? How about Jimmy Carter? He was a career Navy man. Oh, by the way, he's a humanitarian, too. Can your brain handle the complex nature of that?
