3. I wouldn't mind them tearing it down

if they had done it at the beginning to send a clear message that we are different from saddam and thugs. Sadly, we used it to torture and humiliate Iraqis much like he did (It's all part of winning hearts and minds) and pulling it down now is merely a way for us to try to save face.
