Lou Dobbs is questioning the motivations of today's warning!
He is acting very skeptical since no major city has been warned to be on more cautious in the last few days.

At least someone is saying it.

1. Lou Dobbs - Continues to Amaze
I know he is a republican, but man, he is something.

In the end, this is very sad for Americans because we don't/won't believe Bush and his cronies - they are like the boy who cried wolf. If and when the day comes when we need to take action to protect ourselves, who will believe them --

12. He has a conscience....many conflicted *Conservatives* do
We need everyone to wake up.

The events that we, as a global community, are enduring have absolutely nothing to do with political parties.

What is has to do with is right and wrong.

That is what they now use to divide otherwise good-hearted, quality Americans to distract us all from the realities and the truth.

3. Man, I used to think Dobbs was a Media Whore
Now I see that he is a Rock-Ribbed Old School Republican like McCain.

I disagree with these types on many issues (and agree with them on some) but the bottom line is that, unlike the Busheviks, they are AMERICANS, not IMPERIALS.

And that makes all the difference. AMERICANS believe in the System laid out by the Founding Fathers. They are more loyal to Country than Party.

Imperials like the Bushes and their many Minions could give a shit about the Country, except as it relates to servicing them. They are loyal to none but themselves, the Country can go to hell as far as they are concerned. Further, Imperial Busheviks don't even believe in democracy or the Old Republic.

These things are inconveniences to Imperials/Busheviks.

Lou Dobbs might be an Old School Republican, but he is an AMERICAN first, and in a nation of Imperial Slaves, we need all the Free American of all stripes that we can get if the Old Republic is to be saved...

And he has been hammering the outsourcing of American jobs for over a year. Name another major media journalist who is willing to do as much?

9. Well Said
Anyone out there searching for the truth and willing to question authority should be given great respect. How else will the slaves realize that the time has come to rip off their chains.

8. See this Reuters story!
http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N269710.htm

WASHINGTON, May 26 (Reuters) - A vague new U.S. warning that al Qaeda may be planning a massive attack smacks of political back-covering and campaigning, not just a call for heightened vigilance, analysts and former government officials say.

Stung by accusations that the Bush administration ignored key intelligence in the run-up to the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, officials may now be issuing warnings to prove to Americans they are on the ball this time, say terrorism analysts on both sides of the political fence. snip

Some critical voices say the government may also be hoping the warnings could score political points on national security that could boost President George W. Bush's flagging popularity ahead of the November elections. snip

"The president is running as a war president, so the timing is interesting," he said, pointing to a speech by Bush on Monday that made frequent references to terrorist threats.

"I wonder if there's not a connection to the president's speech when he mentioned terrorism 18 times in the context of Iraq. Isn't this a very convenient way of linking back to the United States that Iraq is part of the broader war on terrorism?" he said.

11. You GO LOU!!!!

Lou Dobbs is a true American Patriot.

I really preferred the Clinton anti-terrorism approach. They really didn't stir people up with Christmas tree lights and multiple ambiguous warnings. They just went out and CAUGHT terrorists. AFTER they caught the terrorists, they told us.

I'm sure they did PLENTY of notification. But instead of warning little old ladies about obscure points and chatter, they warned LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES!!!!!

Yes, ALL the Bush anti-terrorism warnings have been public relations efforts. I doubt they care about it beyond it's value in manipulating the American public. In fact ... I think BushCo really LIKES terrorism.

And with Lou's show now actually helping the cause i can forgive him for the grand he kicked to the bush campaign in 2000.

Catch his rerun if you can...he went right out and mentioned how Ridge had asked to go on the morning shows today and was rejected by all the networks...then there's this "big alert" coming and he's on all the shows this morning...

Looks like the spin cycle is finally running dry. About time! Go Lou, Go Keith!
