The good news of the day - personal, common good -
I don't want to let go of this brilliant idea - it just needs to be started at the end of the day for more events to occur and perspective gathering.
For me, I am still basking in the afterglow of the WesPac reunion on Monday - where some important hopes for the future were confirmed, and I met good friends.
I am also happy that the media shows considerable signs of life - NYT even issued some sort of mea culpa for crappy war coverage (vague and hidden on page 10, but hey...)
More significantly, they are starting reporting the truth - such as in the delicious

4. I think maybe this is a build-up to
cancelling the New York Republican convention and holding it instead at a ski resort or island somewhere.

Which, by the way, would be a good idea, in my opinion. Holding it in New York is foolhardy -- always was.
