Bush is Floundering
pulling out the Twins

Poppy

Ashcroft terrorist alert

he is gone and he knows it.....he watched Poppy go down the drain

I think he will lose it

Nixon did.....he was insane when he boarded that helicopter

can anyone produce a color shot of my favorite picture?

Poppy on the golf course with the "deer in the headlights look" a couple of months after Clinton showed him the moving van

I have a newspaper shot saved but a color pic sure would be nice

1. It is a scam
The Republicans are going to let the Democrats have the White House for the next four years and deal with the mess Mr. Bush Jr. has created. Just watch!

We should teach them a lesson by all voting for Bush. That'll show 'em.

4. I often think the same.
They cannot possibly clean up this mess. So let the Dems have a go. Whatever they do, they will not look good.

2. I do believe you're right.
I think he is floundering. Even if these past 3 1/2 years were really successful, Ole Bush would have had a tought time of it. People are talking about epileptic seizures. He's back to the Jack Daniels (?). He's talking in tongues. He lies, lies, lies 24 hours a day. He even lies in his sleep.

It's a tough job - being a leader. And let's face it - he's not a president. He's a hologram.

5. Good point. It's a tough job. I don't think Shrub wanted that!
I think he figured it would be a piece of cake job, and all he had to do was be "the guy everyone wanted to hae a beer with". Shit, it turned out to be really hard! He tried to have all his minions do the work, but, damn, they screwed it up and now he has to take the blame. Awe, darn, life just isn't fair.

6. He's quite ahead of the Rovian schedule
I'm certain Rove had hoped that his beloved Chimp were in a better political position by the end of May.

That hasn't quite worked out for Rove, hence the desperation and all-stops methods of late. They won't have anything left in their bag of political tricks, by November. I'm sure Rove was hoping to save this latest barrage until just after Labor Day.

Good luck. Bring it on.

9. But we get to hear five more scripted, and taxpayer-funded,

Bush photo-ops until then. What a waste of money.

8. I think he's actually "foundering"
but maybe "floundering" works too.

Whatever, he's sinking fast.

10. They even have Pickles stumping for Seizure Boy
Edited on Thu May-27-04 01:29 AM by Cronus
When they roll out a frumpy brain dead cheerleader to stump for an alcoholic brain dead cheerleader, you know they're scraping the bottom of the barrel.
