None of these mugshot "bad guys" are new. Their pictures have been up all over the world for months. There's no specific threat other than the fact that Bush's approval ratings are dropping faster than the WTC. Yes, there's a terrorist threat. There's always a terrorist threat. But this is obviously a well-orchestrated Rove show.
