Mr. "Remembering Saddam" producer. Mr. "worked for the Iraq Media Group" guy. What's that? Oh, the psyops propaganda stuff.
What a heartwarming story, huh? Hands for the handless.
Gee, wouldn't it be nice if we gave them to limbless people in THIS country, huh?
"Saddam used video and film to terrorize people!" he says.
"He was a theatre of terror!"
He brags about his documentary airing "across the Arab world!" - on OUR fucking propaganda network.
"I'm not the best marketer in the world." he tries to claim, pretending he's only interested in making films. Pretending he isn't a hired fucking stooge. ARGH.
The oily way he speaks drips condescension, not compassion. He could care less about these poor bastards.

2. I caught just a little of it. I was hoping someone would point out |
|
that Abu Ghraib no longer means "Saddam" to most of the world. To Americans, their first encounter with the name came with the photos of Lynndie English and her magic fingers. Thanks to the Bushists, Saddam's ownership of Abu Ghraib is ancient history.
Nice going, Bushists!
