I am really, REALLY disappointed with the USA and the world in general |
|
. . .
That was the polite "leader" if you like
I am pretty certan that the United Sates has initiated unendles grief for the World.
The United Staes has inititaed an unwarranted and illegal war, and noone is stopping them
mre shame to the rest of the world
we are being controlled by a bully
we all know it will not last,
bullies and empire builders always lose in the long run, but millions will die in the interim . .
and the only population that can stop it sits idly by watching their "reality" shows and their talk shows
they should be viewing the dying Iraqis
- not their friggen game shows
is there no way to fix this ?
I fear not
The US will have to test all their new new-clee-ar toys on the rest of the world, then do their Domination thing -
Decades later maybe, they will lose, but millions will have died
USA #1 -
ya - right

2. just remember part of the reason |
|
the rest of the world doesn't ''stand up'' more to the u.s. has to do with corporate power rather than a sane national self interest in the world. the corporatinons in bed with bushco exert tremendous influence the world over and europe has it's own issues wih global power hungry corporations who are going to side with the u.s. for their own interests rather than the interests of their country. this war and the worlds reaction to it have as much to do with post modern free market capitalism as it does anything else.

3. Which is good. Corporate america is tightning its own noose |
|
* Tax burden shifted to middle class
* Middle class jobs fleeing to third world countries with no laws for the people or data being protected/things being made
* America is the leader of the economic world. Now remember, more than 2/3rds of America's economy is kept up by middle class spending.
* Corporations not paying just due taxes, this puts our tipping economy closer off the ledge
* Not to forget those foreign countries. They have wars with other countries. One nuke in the wrong city and bye-bye to corporate america.
* When oil becomes more expensive, people will remember that China uses 7% of the world's oil. Of course, they make everything for corporate america. Now rmember how the US uses 25% of that oil and start to wonder what we're wasting it on... not to forget, knowing who else uses lots of oil, who is going to do what to make sure the US gets that oil instead? The mere thought of war has sent stocks plummeting.
* Housing and other bubbles are about to burst.
These other countries are ran by idiots, if they're supporting us out of corporate interest than anything else.

There should be nationwide strikes and impeachment of the current government but most Americans are too doped up on TV.
And I say that as an American. Any other country with this kind of stuff going on and all hell would be breaking loose.
