BBV: Bev and Andy on the go...
We met up with Max Cleland and Patty Murray...I thinked her for her service in the Senate and told her how much I appreciated her NO vote for war. Max was charming and his respect for Ms Murray is very evident. The crowd handed Patty a bunch of flowers and she was obviously touched. Bev made sure they both had a copy of the book and even asked Ms Murray when there would be a Senate investigation into the whole voting machine scandal. All in all a good day I would say.

They don't call it "running for office" for nothing.

5. Think it's the same old, same old....
...after you win. But then you actually have to do the job, as well as start running for re-election.

11. Answer: They are going to have some more hearings
I told her they need to stop relying only on computer guys and bring in some auditors to testify. That seemed to spark some interest, and may do some good. Bear in mind that such hearings will be too late for the November election.
