"Full sovereignty....yep full sovereignty.....That's what I told him...
Paraphasing the short quote by George W Bush in his meeting with Prime Minister Rasmussen of Denmark. He was trying to make a deal with the PM to keep his troops in Iraq after the June 30 date. When there is a Bush involved, there is always a deal under the table. But, the devil is in the details. What did Bush mean by "full sovereignty"? Complete control of their government by the Iraqis?

1. For example . . .
Will the new Iraqi government be allowed to break the contracts with foreign corporations for control and sale of Iraq's oil that the Bremer regime negotiated? Because right now, the Iraqi constitution mandates that all actions by Bremer and his stooges survive their departure.

Will the new Iraqi government have the power to police its own borders, and expel any foreign troops?

As with almost everything else Stupidhead says, be sure you nail down all the details.
