Edited on Sat May-29-04 10:13 AM by bobthedrummer
that became a CIA Director, like G.H.W.Bush. Richard McGarrah Helm's maternal grandfather, Gates McGarrah, was the first President of the Bank for International Settlements/BIS at it's creation by the world's central banks (including Federal Reserve) in 1930.

BIS was the realized vision of then future Nazi Minister of Economics, Hjalmar Schacht.

Richard McGarrah Helms came to prominance largely through his world exclusive interview with Adolph Hitler-when Helms was a young UPI reporter in 1936.

Richard McGarrah Helms was the leader of US mind control "research".

Lalia Helms, Richard's niece, was the Taliban's US public relations person from her New Jersey home up until 9/11/2001.
