Bush's Rose Garden Appearance Proves ONCE AGAIN |
|
... that he cannot think on his feet. He has a limited comprehension of the issues beyond a few memorized talking points. And even then, his inability to expound on the talking points demonstrates how little he actually "gets".
The swagger and exaggerated arm-swinging and smirk and shrug aren't enough to hide the fact that he's a complete idiot.

3. Their debate strategy is for Bush to arm wrestle Kerry. |
|
Then, if Bush wins the rasslin' match, they can say "If John Kerry can't win a rasslin' match, how can he win the War on Terror?" This is the only strategy I can think of that is remotely feasible. They know their guy can't think on his feet, and in a debate you have to go off script eventually, so without the arm rasslin', Bush is screwed.

14. It would be to have a "debate" |
|
so tightly scripted that chimpy already knows all the questions to be asked and will have time to prepare for. It will be a farce, just like his press conferences.

16. it will be the same as always for these guys |
|
like it was for Reagan and Bush in 2000.
There will be no "debate". There will be Bush spouting memorized clips that someone else wrote .....
Then the media will declare him the winner.
The sheeple will swallow it.

8. He's a caricature of himself... |
|
it's as though he's become worse than a SNL impersonation of his most idiotic and goofy tics. It all reminds me of an ill-prepared middle schooler who thinks he can over-compensate (or hide) his lack of knowledge by being arrogant and cocky.
As usual, he offers very little details in his answers other than to state VERY BROAD and GENERIC terms. Again, as though he's memorized a Powerpoint slide show and the bulleted list of talking points. He can tell you what the talking points are... but doesn't have a CLUE what they mean... or how they all fit together... or how they goals are to be achieved... or why it's important.
It's truly laughable. He's a clueless, naked emperor.
Nancy Pelosi is correct.

5. It is to the point that I watch him and laugh. |
|
My days of disgust are over. I know it isn't polite to laugh at an idiot but I just can't help it where he is concerned.
It makes his supporters worthy of a "pointing and laughing" moment as well. He is an embarrassment and he has been exposed as a bumbling idiot.

I missed this . . . Was it a press conference? Did it have something to do with the "handover" or "keepback" of power June 30th? http://www.wgoeshome.com

...we never voted him a rose garden. It was a press conference and he was announcing the rather abrupt Iraqi government established (by America). Here: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A6451-2004Jun1.html

The question and answer session is HORRIBLE!!!! This guy is just so full of it. Calling Annan "Koffi". A question about who will help, he goes around and around... "I had no role in picking the government..." when asked about some of the selected members of the Iraqi "Government" having gotten money from the USA. "Yes we helped them... now it is up to them to prove that they are worth of the trust of Iraqis..." "We are going to pass "FULL SOVEREIGNITY"... there will be more violence... these killers... mentions Al-Zarkawi...(why doesn't he mention the fact he did not need to find Zarkawi, he could have killed him at the beginning of he Iraq war" EEEEWWWWWW EEEEEWWWWWWWW

20. How about the face he puts on when placing a wreath |
|
I watched him yesterday at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. He tries so hard to look serious, but he purses his lips and sucks in his cheeks and ends up smirking.

It reminds me (slightly) of the scene in "Full Metal Jacket" where the "Pvt. Pyle" character tries NOT to smile while his drill sergant is telling him to wipe that shit-eating grin off his face.
