BRING 'EM HOME! The issue that WILL destroy the regime.
Our men and women are in a dangerous limbo in Iraq. Just look at the web dailies; morale is almost as low as it can go, our troops are exhausted, hungry and thirsty, and they are scared shitless and dying in a land we "liberated."

Even Tweety said:

"Why should the United States have 125, 135,000 troops with flak jackets on, walking around the streets of Baghdad right now? Tell me the mission."

If we can't learn from Vietnam, we are doomed.

OIL, pure, plain and simple.

The freedom of the Iraqi people is a distant second, if that.

If freeing the Iraqi people was the mission, *Bush would be willing to accept other forces. If he did that, though, it would be the end of his contributor's total control over the spoils of war.

The mission was accomplished! Bush has control of the oil fields.

4. Well, loyalists to Saddam are going to start...
...going after oil reserves soon. And you damn well know when that happens Bush is suddenly going to decide we need to double the number of troops on the ground. Bet on it.
