Wow! "Lone Gunmen" from exactly 2 months before 9/11...

The plot from the 7/11/01 episode was about a Government plot to crash an airliner into the WTC. Apparently with the end of the Cold War, war industries needed some help.

I remember that episode, but not attaching a lot of meaning to it. I liked the Lone Gunman, although I was unsurprised when it got cancelled. Maybe they will release it on DVD.

It is Faux, and I believe they killed the WTC Simpsons from TV at least. Not sure about the DVDs.
