Was being interviewed about St. Ronnie. He said that The budget was finally balanced not because of anything Clinton did or the congress did, but because of the tax cuts and policies implemented by Ronnie 10 years earlier. It would be unbelievable, but 1)it was Phil the porn producer, one of the bottom of the barrel scum in congress.
