will be a huge negative on the Bush campaign and the RW. As more and more of the Reagan legacy is challenged because of the overexposure by the RW pundits, many well informed anti-Regan-myth pundits are getting the exposure to refute the lies and disinformation about the Reagan years that they otherwise would have no forum for. And, as those of us who lived through those horrible years that we tried to forget, are now provoked to remembering, many of us feel energized to make sure that we get out and vote and expose the so-called "Reagan legacy" for what it really is.

3. Two points:
First, no talking head has had the guts to mention Sinatra . The name is totally taboo.

Second, the unforeseen consequence of Reagan Worship is that there will be the inevitable comparisons between the eloquent and stage-savvy Reagan and the bumbling Bush*. That can't be good.

Right
We need to use their shameless exploitation of the situation against them. We should not waste our time bashing Reagan, instead we should be contrasting Bush* with he Corporate Media image of Reagan. Reagan the "optimist" vs. Bush the fear monger. Reagan the "Great Communicator" vs. Bush who can barely speak English. Reagan the cowboy vs. Bush the worthless aristocrat who is afraid of horses etc.

10. yes, repugs have that basic character flaw
of needing a Great Leader, or a Lord or a Monarch or Saint to tell them what to do since they are incapable of thinking for themselves. Part of that medieval mindset that our founding fathers envisioned evolving away from . . . .but those colonial proto-repugs spawned, or whatever it is that repugs do to reproduce, and we're stuck with their humanoid offspring.

2. Reagan shone because he was compared to Carter.. Now you have..
to compare him to Clinton. Even if people don't want to admit it, they will have to acknowledge that Clinton was more for the people and people's lives improved while he was in office. So know there is a clear distinction between Republican vs. Democrat for the average person. When that comparison is made, Democrats win.

4. Here, here. The truth shall set us free!
...BushCo and the present day neo-cons are the acorns of the Reagan political oak tree. As more and more responsible and aware citizens of this country better understand the Reagan crimes against humanity, we will all have a better prospective of why all this must stop now and why it is so important for the world in the name of humanity must punish the criminals and the leaders who allowed these types of atrocities to go on.

13. Come on... I am sure they considered this...I think Nancy probably
would not approve of that because his corpse is probably not looking like what she would like people to remember.

9. It is opening old sores... a lot of people who were duped into voting
for Reagan back in the 80's were very upset by the Iran Contra stuff and his heartless policies....
When people start to see the parallels between * and Reagan especially since some of the very criminals of Iran Contra are advising the White House now...

...influential head of state. The pomp and circumstance is not at all abnormal. The absence of it would be abnormal
