Bush in Florida Sept 11th
Edited on Fri Jun-18-04 10:47 AM by Parche
Now that more facts are coming out, doesnt it seem very strange
that GW Bush had to use a cell phone to talk with the Whitehouse
during the hijackings.
I cant believe that the President of the United States, who has
everything communication wise at his disposal, would have to use
a cell phone.
And that their motorcade went in the wrong direction
And he stalled in the classroom

A true leader would have gone immediately to AirForce One
and contacted the military and took charge of the situation.

1. It's bullshit. I remember reading a long time ago.............
Pre 9/11 that shrub hated cell phones and all his staff had to make sure they were turned off in his presence because if they rang he went absolutely ballistic.

4. Photo was taken between 9:35 and 9:43
That's how long it took him to get to the airport. Picture was taken en route to airport. This is an AP photo, and the times provided for Bush riding to the airport are from the Washington Times. Clearly his cell phone did work. Hell, even if cell phone, AF1, and limousin phones were all not working, the White House knew where he was and could have called the damn elementary school! Total Bullshit that the crew in Sarasota knew nothing until Card whispered in Bush's ear.

The principal of Booker Elementary said that the President took a call from Rice upon arriving at the elementary school. Bush claims that he was told a "twin engine plane has hit the WTC." This was 9:00. We know that at this time NORAD and the FAA both knew the first flight was hijacked and a second flight was missing. He's the clincher though, the principal of the elementary school, Gwen Tose-Rigell told AP that Bush summoned her to another room and said, "He said a commercial plane has hit the World Trade Center, and we're going to go ahead and go on, we're going on to do the reading thing anyway."

We know from the Sarasota Herald Tribune that Secret Service agents saw the 2nd tower hit on TV in an adjacent classroom. Ari Fleisher and others pagers were going off at that moment. Anyone who believes the official story (stories really) is fooling themselves!
