Ireland: Is * going to alienate ANOTHER ally? |
|
I mean, how far is he going to take this? Is he really going to alienate another one of our alllies because a reporter interrupted him?
Someone please get him into a "people skills" class ASAP! He does not know how to play well with others!
To make a big deal, and lodge a formal complaint with the country of Ireland, over an interview is unbelievable. With all the important matters our administration has on their hands, how is it they have time for such nonsense? (And BTW, I saw the "bad" part of the interview. Hey, folks, it wasn't that bad. She interrupted him a couple of times, and that's it. Methinks they were more disturbed by the fact that she clearly didn't believe him. Hey...she must be, like, a REAL journalist!)

9. Yes, but I read it when perusing the Ireland Independent's website. |
|
I sent an e-mail to the paper to thank them for a good, hard hitting interview.

2. I don't think it will have any effect |
|
For the simple reason that the Irish along with most people in that part of the world already hate BushCo.
I saw the interview and thought it was fair. The problem Bush has isthe media in this country spend most of their time slobbering all over his knob. They don't KNOW HOW to ask tough questions. None of them.

7. He* thinks we're a superpower. The problem is, he* doesn't think at all. |
|
Not just that, * is an arrogant little fart with no consideration for anybody but himself. It's not consoling to know that this wretched little twerp is in control of the Most Powerful Country (albeit only on a superficial level...)
He needs a BRAIN. ASAP. So do our corporate forefathers, who are laying out the groundwork for America post-oil... assuming it's not nuclear armageddon...
Our goods are made outside the US.
More of our key jobs are given to people outside the US.
Our primary energy source is purchased from outside the US - by people who have trillions invested in us.
For a 'superpower', it's embarrassing what little it would take for the US to be destroyed. * hasn't a fucking clue. Forgive my French, I mean * hasn't a freedoming clue... He is so parochial that he only thinks about the money he's enabling his corporate buddies with.
