Has FOX cast Kerry in a strange light or
is Kerry conspicuously absent and cast in darkness?

2. he is out campaigning every day, meeting directly with voters
Edited on Wed Jun-30-04 12:57 AM by JI7
just because the tv doesn't show it doesn't mean he isn't doing anything. check the online news, check his website. he is out there every day. even when he goes on vacation he is still out meeting with people who are also on vacation. and he is getting huge crowds at his rallies, thousands. someone who went to one of them today said the turnout was about 4 thousand which is how many have been.

10. I heard that is why he won in Iowa
that he ignored the press and went right to the people.

11. yes, he sure did
that is also why it was a "surprise win" but it wasn't too much of a surprise to those who actually watched him in iowa and were paying attention rather than just paying attention to the polls the big media focused on. because the internal polls showed that kerry was gaining in personal favorability or likability ratings. this helped a lot in the end when people made their final decisions on who to vote for.

we can't control the media so we have to take it right to the people.word of mouth helped in spreading the message and it resulted in crowds getting bigger for kerry.

4. I just saw Kerry today in Phoenix.
He spoke for over an hour and a half and then did a twenty minute press conference. He had flown in from Chicago. He was tired but fabulous and rallied the crowd of hundreds of Hispanic Confrence attendee's and the Democratic Party faithful. He is working hard.

6. Rainbow Push
Of course, can't miss a chance to show the Dems pandering to Jesse Jackson and those "leftists". Or, as I read earlier, "courting the black vote". To black America it says, Kerry is courting you but doesn't really care about you. To white America it says, there goes the Dems, not caring about the white workin' man again.

I'm glad it was a great speech, but I don't think it's a happy coincidence that CNN chose to run this one in its entirety.

5. Don't worry, Michael Dukkakis started off this way
and he was a fine candidate, just short. Kerry doesn't have that problem.
