Media groupthink.
Does it echo the groupthink of the public or have one of its own? Either way, how can we counter it besides feeding our own labels into it?

'carny barkers, yellow journalists' they were once known as. now they're mainstream....
btw didya know that the japanese emperor sent a telegram a month prior to hiroshima pleading for surrender meeting?
one of the good things that could result from exposure of the mass media as corporate promoters (liars) is that the history self delusion the people thought normal now maybe exposed for what it was/is....lies!
