How Kerry's people play the game
Someone in Kerry's camp leaks to Newsweek that the VP choice is down to Vilsack and Gephardt. Someone else tells the NY Post that it's definitely going to be Gephardt. And yet another leak goes to Matt Drudge saying (and only Drudge is dumb enough to believe this) that it's going to be Hillary.

Kerry knows how to play the game. Part of modern warfare is the effective use of disinformation to throw one's opponents off track. Um, by modern warfare I mean people who have read Sun Tzu's First Century treatise, The Art of War.

Now compare and contrast that with how PNAC plays the game, announcing a whole year before they were even elected put into office that they were gonna take over Iraq first chance they got. This election isn't about war, torture, prosperity, terrorism, honesty, or even Mr. Bush's personal stupidity. It's about competance.

We've got it, they don't.
