4. SIbel recently said that if ONE CONGRESSMAN

Would declare this a matter of national security/importance he or she could not be prosecuted for releasing the info publicly. Is that so?

She also said that if the info goes public, "ELECTED official(S?) would be tried and imprisioned" over what it contains. Anybody have a link? Can't remember where I saw the interview.
