On Trial Lawyers, Baseball Team Managers, and Oil Executives |
|
I'd really like to see John Edwards come out and say
"Yes, it's true... I'm not very experienced. In fact, I've never managed a single baseball team in my life, nor have I ever been an executive at an oil company. Therfore I never got to experience firsthand what it is like to trade Sammy Sosa. And it's true what they've been saying... I ever been under investigation for securities fraud. Now, there is a theory that one comes to become Presidential as President. But even there I think I might be sorely lacking, by their standards... I haven't lost over 2 million jobs for the American people, or completely squandered the good will of an entire planet. I have no experience leaving millions of children behind. I suppose you are correct, if that's what kind of experience it takes to be President, I'm not your guy".

You should pass that on to their campaign, if just for the laughs! So true, though, so true...

2. Bush Never "Managed" A Team... |
|
He owned it, had it given to him like everything else in his sorry life, just like the 2000 election.
