Know what's funny about the Kerry-Edwards ticket?

Remember how the media and Repukes tried to stoke a sense of chaos and dissatisfaction around the Democratic primary process by saying Edwards would probably upset Kerry in this or that state?

Their goal was to harm the Democrats but they gave Edwards all kinds of exposure and positive press in the process.

They inadvertantly made his selection by Kerry seem a lot more exciting, since more people know him and had a good impression of him as a result of the media's attempt to sabotage the Democrats.

They were so sure Kerry was "too arraogant" to pick someone "more likeable" than his "boring old" self.
