Earlier I started a post about the Ken Lay indictment and stated that it was a NY grand Jury. I was listening to two things at the same time and did not double check before my itchy fingers got to the keyboard. I am sorry if this caused any confusion for anyone. For those of you who caught my error -Thank you for not making me feel like a bigger idiot than I already do.

8. I got all excited when I read the part about the NY Grand Jury involvement

and then I couldn't find anything about it from the links. I wondered if maybe you'd heard it from somewhere.
