Ken Lay Witness for the Prosecution ???
Do you think these indictments are the first shoe to drop so to speak designed to rattle a few cages and maybe turn some defendants into witnesses against larger prey ?

1. Think: Cheney's secret energy meetings...who was present, and....
...what was discussed.

that Enron et al were there.

6. think everything...
California energy scam with Arnold and the total recall
Energy task force maps of Iraq pre 9/11
Enron and Afghanistan
Bush-Enron-Saudi connections

Such a tangled web.

Will Ken fall on his sword like a made guy should even facing a long jail term ?

4. What's a scream is that Lay
is saying he didn't know anything about it. Yeah. And that's why he lost his shirt by holding onto Enron stock like the employees....hey, wait a minute, he didn't, did he?

5. No deals for Ken Lay!
Let that fucker burn OR pay everyone back. For all the people who lost their life savings, for all the Californians that were robbed of thousands each, for the embarrassment this guy brought to Americans everywhere, let him do time.

Cheney will get his comeuppance form the voters in November. That's good enough for me. It would be a horrible slap in the face to all the Enron victims for Lay to get off just so we can score some partisan points against an outgoing administration.

7. I might misunderstand you...but
Cheney will get his comeuppance form the voters in November???

Do you mean that Dick Cheney only deserves to lose his job. Even though he may be directly responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocents.

But Ken Lay deserves to rot in jail for scamming Americans of all ages and income, of their hard earned retirements.(that were invested in stock at their own risk)

I personally hope he turns states evidence like the rat bastard he really is.

I'd sleep well knowing justice was being served.
