Theories on the NY Post "Exclusive"
A)Most Likely: The idiots at the Post were going out on a limb and hoping tho heck they were right.

B)Possible: It was leaked intentionally to discredit the Rupert owned rag.

C)Much Less Possible: It was intentionally leaked as a very late trial balloon to gauge reaction from Democratic loyalists to prove the point that Geppy was barely tolerable and that we'd really, really prefer someone else.

They printed a lament that the Yankees lost Game 7 to the Red Sox last year.

Gephardt had a much better chance than the Red Sox had, or ever will have, of beating the Yankees.

If the Kerry camp wanted to discredit rupert-owned media, don't you think they would have gone for the prize: FOXNews?

The Post is a joke...they had nothing to lose. Hell, just 6 months ago they called the RED SOX winners over the Yankees. I'm surprised their building wasn't burned to the ground.

7. I disagree
The Post is lower key enough to pull this off.

At least with the Post, it's there printed on paper, and it gets out there.

FOX can deny it ever happened. Unless it was taped by someone. Less concrete if on TV.
