Laura bush* was across the bridge in Council Bluffs at a library today.
I just heard this bizarre quote from the crazy woman with no taste in husbands:

"pResident Bush and Vice President Cheney share the character that American's have."

Someone please explain this stupid remark and define character because if this is true, I obviously don't have a clue what the word means.

(She was here at a library to promote reading. She should start with that stupid clunk that she married.)

1. LOL! That really is stupid. And it's too easy to hit home runs off
Is she saying that we all inhabit one character? I'm not sharing with Bush and Cheney! This character is too small for the three of us, not to mention the rest of America!

2. Sounds like the same spin
that * said in NC today about us. He tried to claim we had the same values, same values, same values, I dare him claim my values are anywhere remotely similar to his. Those remarks make me cringe - like he has a clue what values are. I guess the wife is using the word character to describe what we have, like she would know. Disgusting.

:puke:

7. I saw that
I hate it when he does that gesture with his hand from his chest to the audience. It's sooooooooooo scripted. And so condescending and patronizing.

He said, "They don't have the same values. It's not the same values." Huh? What kind of stupid, presumptuous statement is that?

I swear, he really is losing it.

I think he is close to the edge, today's interview was one of the worst, appeared like a pompous and spoiled brat

6. I guess she means their all Americans
thats the only character that they share. but then so is Charles Manson

makes me want to say

"where would we be without this great land of ours" -Ronald Reagan

Where indeed Ronny, Where indeed. Without America we couldn't be Americans, and if we couldn't be Americans we wouldn't have any character to share with our Cheneyed pResident.

9. Most Americans do lie and kuss
I guess that's what she means. Of course, most Americans don't get to tell lies that kill people and kuss in the halls of democracy.

10. Well, after working as a secretary for semi-literate men, I
found my English and spelling skills declining too. If you have to listen to your husband speak mindless gibberish for twenty or thirty years, your conversational skills are bound to deteriorate just from close association.
