End of month Kerry 55% Bush 40% per RNC |
|
I think the Repukes see the writing on the wall. Today the media whores were reporting that the Party expects Chimp to take a big hit in the polls by end of month. Of course the talking point was that Dukakis was ahead by 18% at the convention and went on to lose.
Hey RNC, I have news for you shit-heads. Kerry is no Dukakis and this ain't 1988.

1. I'm actually expecting it to be worse... |
|
Perhaps Kerry 60%, Bush 30% by the end of the month. Bush will be down to his hardcore support level, and there will be "moderate" Republicans defecting to either Kerry or the Libertarians.

Writing on the wall means as much to pukes as the 2000 popular vote.
Nonetheless, only the utmost filthy tricks will be successful in giving them 4 more years. If the election is fair, they will be out of power for 8-16 years, federal and state offices too, as Chimp has done so much damage the voters won't stand for it.

4. Ralph Nader was on Hardball and he was really giving... |
|
...support to the Kerry/Edwards ticket. Apparently Nader wrote Kerry a letter encouraging Kerry to pick Edwards as his running mate, so Chris Mathews throws the hardball:
Does that mean Ralph you'll be withdrawing from the race and putting all your support behind the Kerry/Edwards ticket?
I held my breath, waiting for the magic answer, but RN just hedged his response. If that were to happen as Nader's October surprise, I can easily see a 58% Kerry and a 39% Bush for a Kerry/Edwards landslide and the American people's mandate to throw those neo-con bastards out of Washington and even send the BushCo bunch to prison.

5. Raising Kerry supporters expectations. If Chimpy keeps to single digits |
|
the R-wingers will claim that the tide is already turning in favor of the Bushistas.

6. 55% Kerry - 40% Bush is just fine. |
|
We'll take it, because Bushie isn't going to recover. More troubles out there, of which we just see the surface ripples.

7. Dukakis wasn't running against an incumbant |
|
I love that they have to go to a year where there was no incumbant to come up with favorable comparisons.
Apples and oranges.
