Funny, when I read a paper from NC, they mentioned that there were only 2000 in st pete...they forgot to mention...only 2000 can fit in the coliseum and the there were 10,000 people there.....

3. St. Pete is 90% geriatrics with no noses

Okay, the no noses part is just an old joke me and my brother shared after visiting mom in St. Pete years ago. The place is a giant retirement home. It is beautiful, some nice beaches a wonderful downtown peir. The no-noses referred to the number of old skin-cancered Floridians walking around with bandages and coverlets on their faces.
