Are terror alerts a conscious attempt to cover-up bad press for the WH... |
|
...or is the White House so constantly embroiled in simmering scandals that it just seems like it?
Think about it. Over the past 4 months, when would a terror alert NOT coincide with bad news for Bush?

My only worry is that they might get desperate enough to manufacture a real attack.

4. Definitely a ruse to deflect attention that Edwards is getting |

evidenced by the fact that there is no concrete plot, it's simply the same old same old potential threat.
What I find "chilling" is that this is cold water thrown on the heat of enthusiasm about Edwards. The Repukes don't want Americans in any way to be optomistic about the future, this scum wants Americans to be afraid and hopeless and feel dependent on daddy cheney.:puke:

I bet there's a STRONG correlation to bad news for Bush within 48 hours of EACH of these "cry wolf" "terra" alerts.
Thank GOD for Michael Moore opening a lot of eyes that have been closed. We at DU have smelled the BS from this administration for a LONG time. Hopefully some of our friends are also seeing these criminals for who they are.

8. Randi Rhodes had a great rundown of this |

I think every time the terror alert was raised coincided with some sort of problem coming out of the White House.

Im getting SO GOOD at predicting terra alerts, it's UNCANNY! Unbelievable as it sounds, I always know when one is coming. No, it's true!
CIA Leak - terra alert Abu Ghraib - terra alert bad approval rating - terra alert John Edwards dog has more on the ball than Shrub - terra alert Shrub falls 10% overnight - terra alert
Let's seeeeeeee, when will the next one be?
WH insiders indicted in CIA leak scandal - TERRA ALERT GOES TO SEVERE! :nuke:

9. John King on CNN just raised the issue.... |
|
says the White House flatly denies that it is in any way political or that it has anything to do with Kerry/Edwards.
What else would they say? The fact that they even addressed it gives their transparent asses away. :puke:
