..I do NOT think that * will automatically get "re"-elected...in fact, I think the exact opposite will happen...he will get thrown out of office so fast it'll make his little chimpy-head spin....

Think about it, he will have been in office for four years, and there will have been TWO attacks in that time-span....How the hell could he POSSIBLY say that he is the stronger candidate against terra if that were indeed to happen?

No amount of spin will be able to avoid the basic fact that if there is ANOTHER attack on his watch it will be proof positive that he is completely and totally fucking useless...even to STUPID people....

The ONLY way to avoid the resulting Democratic landslide would be to cancel the Novemeber Election. We have just seen Tom Ridge float that ballon. * and his cronies are not about to simply hand over the power they stole....

we got behind him the first time. This time we'll be ANGRY and he'll go. Especially in light of how bad he handled 9/11 (which everyone KNOWS, they just don't want to admit - yet)

After the great flood of 97 (when they evacuated our entire city of 50k, buildings downtown started on fire while half under water, entire neighborhoods destroyed), our mayor Pat Owens was seen as a bit of a hero... but when the election came she lost by a wide margin. It was all unspoken, but everyone KNEW that she botched the flood.
