Just in time to hog all the news about the election and prove his innocence to protect Bush. Lay innocent...Bush not guilty of association with a criminal. Free to donate more money to Bush before the election...that is...IF there is one.

6. Only if he is an Imperial Family friend
Good luck to any of us Filthy Little Nobodies who try to do this.

Gitmo and some waterboarding, most likely, and I am only half joking.

5. Actually, this is great news for us.
Do you think Bush wants this kind of publicity in an election season.

"Bush's #1 Donor goes on trial."

Go for it, Ken!

7. He's BSing ya. Trials NEVER start within 2 months!
Besides, his lawyers probably had a stroke over that one! I wouldn't expect to see this guy in court before March or April 2005!

I think that was just a ploy to make his audience believe he's such an innocent poor little thing, he just wants to tell the truth and go home.

8. Of course. He wants the results so that bush can pardon him...
on his way out of office. I always knew that Lay would be indicted at the end of bush's term.

11. If Bush loses in November
Kenny Boy can plead guilty and get a PARDON from the prick on his way out.

12. Even if Bush wins in Nov. he can still get a pardon.
I'm not expecting Kenny Boy to plead guilty though. He's still sticking to his "I didn't do anything wrong" story!

14. So what... all this is simply fodder for the diversion mill...
Let's face it. Kenny was a Bush contributor. So what. Martha Stewart, a big Dem contributor went to jail. Big deal.

All this means is they will have another piece of Soylent Green to throw to the sheeple to distract from the real stories (as if that would matter to the lapdog media, regardless). With the Energy Task force records sealed until after the election, and maybe forever, there is no real shenanigans to link Kenny to Bush except he was one of many big contributors.

It will mean nothing for the elections.
