He impled that the attacks are ALLEGEDLY planned to "interfere" with the election. It sounds more like a veiled threat to Kerry-Edwards to me.

If Ridge said this, even if it was just an off the cuff remark to a reporter's question I want to know verbatim what was said. THis would be a huge deal.
No point in making false accusations and just looking stupid in the process.
