| DUers, please help! Trying to find a link to Ridge comments |

regarding cancellation of elections.
It isn't a part of his initial speech, but in the post-"speech" Q & A with reporters and in response to a reporter's question.
It was just said a mere couple hours ago. Tomorrow there will probably be massive confirmation and transcripts.
Today so far: Nothing.
Help? I am ging back to look some more...
