It was just kind of this "aww, America" type thing, and the right seized on it. I don't think we should even call it the anti-F9/11, because it doesn't praise Bush, just America, and F9/11 is not anti-American.

Probably the only reason anyone is going to see it is all the publicity from the "anti-F911" faction.
It's a shame that the film is being tarred with a right-wing conservative seal of approval, but without that dubious label it probably wouldn't have made ANY money at all.
