Ellis Henican: "Watch carefully now. Something cynical is happening"
Ellis Henican
Electing to deal with terror threat

-------
Watch carefully now. Something cynical is happening here.

With each new pointless warning, with each new breathless plea, those around George W. Bush are trying to link the terrorists with the Democrats.

Al-Qaida wants to "influence the American election," we are told. The terrorists hope to "pull another Spain," where the ruling party was voted out after the Madrid subway was bombed.

The implication isn't accidental, and it gets real ugly real fast: A vote for John Kerry, we are supposed to conclude, is a vote for Osama bin Laden.

3. I consider this revealing
but nobody seems to mention it. Look at this quote:

And so is Mullah Mohammed Omar, the supreme Taliban leader and bin Laden's most important ally.

Mullah Omar has one-eye and a wooden leg.....and they haven't been able to find him in over two years. Make you wonder just how committed the administration really is to finding these guys.....

in that sense, the constant terror warnings are bogus as hell.

4. Kerry should get the fact out that Spainards voted out the
ruling party because it LIED about the bombing and Spainards were unhappy with Aznars close ties to Bush.

The ruling party pinned the blame on Basque extremeists even though they knew Al Qaeda was responsible. The Spainards were incensed that they would play politics with terrorism!

"Initially, the Popular Party insisted that the Basque separatist group ETA was responsible for the Madrid terror outrages, something that if true would have worked to the party's advantage because of its tough stance against the group. However, as it appeared more and more likely that an al-Qaeda affiliate was the real culprit, many people became angry with the government, which they accused of trying to manipulate the tragedy for its own ends."

Furthermore Kerry should make clear that Repukes are giving aid and comfort to the enemy by suggesting that AQ actually planned to influence the election and was successful. Many experts have stated that influencing the election was not part of the attack. The repukes spun the story this way and in doing so has given the AQ a propaganda victory.

5. al CIAda "affiliate" was the real culprit?!?!?!?!
What does that mean? How can we trust any "official" story? Just another Mossad false flag op that was definitely an attempt to keep the ruling junta in power.

9. Supplier of Madrid explosives had private # of head of Spain's bomb squad

But hey, who doesn't, right?

Bomb squad link in Spanish blasts
From Edward Owen in Madrid, Times of London

THE man accused of supplying the dynamite used in the al-Qaeda train bombings in Madrid was in possession of the private telephone number of the head of Spain’s Civil Guard bomb squad, it emerged yesterday.

Emilio Suárez Trashorras, who is alleged to have supplied 200kg of dynamite used in the bombs, had obtained the number of Juan Jesús Sánchez Manzano, the head of Tedax.

The revelation has raised fresh concerns in Madrid about links between those held responsible for the March bombings, which killed 190 people, and Spain’s security services, and shortcomings in the police investigation. Señor Suárez Trashorras and two other men implicated in the bombings have already been identified as police informers. Other members of the group had evaded police surveillance, despite concerns within the security services about their activities and evidence of their association with al-Qaeda.

The telephone number of Señor Sánchez Manzano was contained in a Civil Guard dossier handed to Juan del Olmo, the investigating judge, at the National Court in Madrid. The number was written on a piece of paper found in the possession of Carmen Toro, the wife of Señor Suárez Trashorras. Both are in custody accused of supplying dynamite used in the Madrid bombs.

10. What else can they run on?
They can't run on their record. Not NCLB, the deficit, the war, the economy, the love of forein nations. What else can they use to garner votes?

9/11 saved this group of squatters and that's all they got. Expect more wolf crying. Pretty soon the Sheeps are gonna be sick of it and that'll be the end. I predict Nov. 2 will be the day!
