The following list, updated as of July 9, 2004, has everything that I've been able to compile, thanks to MANY other DUers who've dropped either little gold nuggets of information here and there, or assembled their own extensive lists. Hopefully, all their excellent efforts and enterprise are faithfully and fully presented here - and in ONE comprehensive, if long, package.

This is a resource. This is YOUR resource. USE IT. Heck, if you've got further good info, add it in! It's an evolving effort, and this is by no means the last word. Just the latest.
