WELL, this is OBVIOUSLY a CIA problem.
Oooooo, they're bad.
It's all their fault.
Seriously.
BAD info.
Yep. That's it.
Not MY fault.
Not me, Georgie*.
Not a POLITICAL problem.
It's an INTELLIGENCE problem.
Whew. I sure feel better now.
I was beginning to become disenchanted with our perfect, "can't think of any mistakes we made", administration.
I still believe in the infallibility of George*.
We wuz dooped.
Yep. That's it. We wuz dooped.
We can't help it that we're highly doopable.
That's just us.
We used to think we wuz undoopable, but that was a doop too.
Chalabi dooped us.
Saddam dooped us.
Osama dooped us.
Ariel Sharon dooped us.
Richard Clark dooped us.
The CIA dooped us.
George Tenet dooped us.
Iran dooped us.
Saudi Arabia dooped us.
The Nigerians dooped us with that yellowcake thing.
The French dooped us. So did the Germans. And the Spaniards.
We just ain't figured out how yet. But we know they did.
They're always doopin' people.
Ted Kennedy dooped us. He's a big dooper.
Some people thought we wuz doped, but that's not right.
We wuz dooped.

But we dooped you first.
Back in December of 2000.
So THERE.

3. There's an old saying in Tennessee
"There's an old saying in Tennessee - I know it's in Texas, it's probably in Tennessee - that says, fool me once, shame on ... shame on you. Fool me ... You can't get fooled again." - G.W. Bush quoted by the Baltimore Sun - Oct 6, 2002
